These Terms of Service apply to your use of deskvorah.shop and purchases from Deskvorah.
Deskvorah is operated by CAMPBELL TECHFUSION LABS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company established on June 27, 2025.
Using the Store
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You should be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with store operations or infringement of another person’s rights.
Products and Descriptions
We sell new, non-customized desk organization, file storage and workspace accessories.
Product pages describe the structure, materials, dimensions, color and included items. Demonstration accessories are not included unless listed in the product description.
If a product you receive does not match its description, contact us for a resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

If we identify an error that prevents fulfillment of an order as placed, we contact you. We do not charge an increased price without your agreement. If you do not accept a proposed correction, we cancel the affected order and refund the payment.
Orders
Provide an accurate shipping address within our delivery area and an email address where you can receive order communications.
If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and arrange an agreed alternative or a refund for the unfulfilled goods.
An order confirmation records the order details. Contact us promptly if any details need correction.
Shipping
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Standard shipping through FedEx is free. We do not offer paid expedited shipping.
The cutoff is 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and transit after shipment takes 3–5 business days. Read our Shipping Policy for the complete delivery terms.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Return and exchange requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before shipping a return. After approval, we email a prepaid label, and the package should be handed to the carrier within 30 calendar days after approval.
Deskvorah pays the shipping costs for approved returns and standard exchange shipments. There is no restocking fee. Exchange price differences are collected or refunded as appropriate.
For returned goods, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, we attempt interception. If interception is unsuccessful, the order can be returned after delivery at our expense.

Product Use
Use products for the purposes described on their product pages and follow supplied care and assembly instructions. Check that a device fits and rests securely before using a phone or tablet stand.
These instructions do not limit our responsibility for damaged, defective or incorrectly described products.
Website Content
Website text, graphics, photographs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Permission to browse and shop does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use protected content without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
External Services
Checkout, payment, delivery and advertising involve external service providers. We remain your contact for the order, including fulfillment problems, returns and refunds.

Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Kentucky law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
Changes
Revised terms are posted on this page. The version applicable when you placed an order governs that purchase, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
